Gabriel is the founding partner of the firm. He specializes in financing and development of energy and infrastructure projects. His practice focuses on advising sponsors, developers, international commercial banks, development finance institutions, national and international oil companies, and multilateral lending agencies in relation to large-scale financings, projects, project financings, investments, and acquisitions across oil and gas, power, petrochemical, mining, and real estate sectors.

Prior to Parsons, Gabriel was a co-founder of Olaniwun Ajayi (UK) LLP and a senior counsel at White & Case LLP. He has been recognized as a leading individual for finance by Legal 500.
